Creating a prestigious image for your small business with a limited budget can be difficult because you are unable to build a fancy office or rent luxurious office space. Find out below why your business image is important and how you can use a virtual office to create a prestigious image, even when on a tight budget.
My prospective clients often ask if we require a contract term for our virtual office service. I'm not surprised by the question because the topic comes up from time to time even in our staff meetings. But the idea of a long-term contract is against our founding principles of charging "fair price for a great service". There are however many virtual office companies that do require a commitment of 1 year or longer, effectively locking people in much like the way mobile phone companies do. In the old days, it was common for businesses to trap their customers with contracts and fine prints. Then even before the ink dries on the signature, their level of customer service drop significantly. Why wouldn't it? The service provider has very little incentive to do otherwise with a signed contract in hand.
